Tokyo’s international background helps her fit right into the Kemp melting pot. She began her legal studies in the UK and returned to Hong Kong for her postgraduate studies and training. A varied and demanding caseload gives her broad and deep experience in Corporate Finance and M&A, Capital Markets and Regulated Acquisitions and Takeovers. She is dedicated to meeting specific needs of her clients with their best interests at heart.

When not working or raising a glass to that hard work with her colleagues, Tokyo is a serious hiker and a culture-vulture. Hong Kong’s trails and arts scene will keep her busy after hours for years to come.
