Eugenia Pavan

She advises clients on cross-border acquisitions, disposals and other corporate transactions, with a particular focus on matters involving multiple jurisdictions. Her international academic and professional background allows her to approach transactions from both a legal and commercial perspective.

Eugenia is qualified in Italy and a member of the Milan Bar (2025). She holds a double degree in International Business Law from Alma Mater Studiorum – University of Bologna and King’s College London, The Dickson Poon School of Law, having been awarded a scholarship by the University of Bologna for the Double Degree Programme.

In 2022, Eugenia was named “Best Student on the LLM in International Business Law for the 2021–22 academic year” by King’s College London.

Alongside her legal practice, Eugenia is a PhD Candidate at the School of Law, Trinity College Dublin. She also served as a Teaching Assistant in Company Law during the 2025–26 academic year at Trinity College Dublin and University College Dublin.

Eugenia speaks Italian, English and French.
