Emanuele has thirty-year experience in advising companies and investment funds in national and cross-border transactions in various markets, ranging from automotive to fashion with particular focus on the renewable energy field. Recently, he has specialized in company restructuring and directors’ and officers’ liability litigation. Emanuele also served as independent director and member of the supervisory board in listed companies and private equity funds controlled by banks. He has published several articles and books on Italian Company and Insolvency laws.
