Last year, the Kemp RS21 sailing team achieved something extraordinary: they became World Champions. Behind this victory is Marco Pocci — Founding and Lead Partner of Kemp, owner of the boat, and sail trimmer within the crew. On the water, as in the office, Marco leads from the front: not from the sidelines, but hands-on, as part of the team.
